Daewoo founder sentenced to prison term
A Seoul court on Tuesday sentenced the founder and former chairman of collapsed
conglomerate Daewoo to 10 years in prison for a range of charges including
embezzlement and accounting fraud.

Time Warner, others to pay $23 mln in pension suit
Time Warner Inc. (TWX.N: Quote, Profile, Research) and other defendants
including America Online and Ernst & Young have agreed to pay $23 million to
settle a lawsuit accusing them of defrauding pension and investment funds in
