Scam Offers Cut-Rate Plasma TVs
The unsolicited faxes to small businesses in and around Scranton, Pennsylvania,
seemed plausible enough: Get a 50-inch plasma-screen TV for less then $800.

FORMER EXECUTIVE OF U.S. FOOD SENTENCED
In addition to 84 months imprisonment, KAISER, 50, of Ellicott City, Maryland, was
sentenced to 2 years of supervised release and ordered to pay a $50,000 fine
and a special assessment of $600.

Feds call Nacchio assets elusive
"The United States does not know the location of all of Mr. Nacchio's assets, or
the location of the assets of his wife, and any family trusts and foundations,"

The prosecutor's office alleged John S. Carter, 57, used more than $1.5 million in
museum funds on personal items such as clothing, jewelry, art and construction of
