$274.4M recovered in Medi-Cal fraud
The California Department of Justice's Bureau of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse
won $274.4 million in fiscal 2005-2006 in court-ordered recovery fees resulting
from Medi-Cal fraud, Attorney General Bill Lockyer announced Wednesday.
