Former Enron Prosecutor to Oversee Qwest
An assistant U.S. attorney who served on the team prosecuting former Enron
Corp. executives was appointed Wednesday as lead prosecutor in the
government's insider trading case against former Qwest Chief Executive Joseph
Nacchio.
