Prosecutors want Enron-linked convictions reinstated
Federal Enron prosecutors today asked the entire U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals
to hear arguments about reinstating fraud and conspiracy convictions against four
former Merrill Lynch & Co. executives that a three-judge panel threw out in a split
