Smart Online CEO arrested on charges of securities fraud
CEO Dennis Michael Nouri and his brother, Smart Online employee Reeza Eric Nouri, are
accused of paying bribes to brokers over several months in 2005. The brokers, in turn,
asked customers to buy the Durham company's stock and drive up its price, the U.S.
