Craftmatic Settles WV Fraud Charges
The State of West Virginia has reached a settlement with the statewide
distributor of Craftmatic adjustable beds and the Arkansas finance company used
by Craftmatic. J. Jaz, Incorporated and Dent-A-Med, Inc. will pay a total of
$570,000 to settle consumer fraud charges.
