against five former executives of Enron's Internet business were issued by a
special Enron grand jury Wednesday.

Man Group wins auction for Refco assets - Man Group Plc (EMG.L: Quote,
Profile, Research), the world's largest publicly traded hedge fund firm, on Thursday
won an auction for the most valuable assets of futures broker Refco Inc., which
filed for bankruptcy last month after an accounting scandal.
