will change the culture of business leaders, according to a corporate fraud report
released by Oversight Systems.

admitted Thursday that he stole more than $2 million from investors in a scam in
which he and others claimed to run a lucrative business managing ATMs around
the country, federal authorities said.

City Tow to settle 3-year-old fraud suit by paying $5.7 million - City Tow,
the company accused of illegally pocketing hundreds of thousands of dollars from
the sale of towed or abandoned cars in San Francisco, has agreed to settle a
fraud lawsuit brought by city and state officials for $5.7 million.
