general said on Wednesday he would file a lawsuit charging a Sempra Energy Inc.

prices during the state's energy crisis of 2000 and 2001.

11/16/05 Enron reaches settlement with Nevada utilities - Enron Corp. on
Wednesday said it settled civil and contractual claims with Nevada utility operator
Sierra Pacific Resources Corp. (SRP.N: Quote, Profile, Research) and its units
Nevada Power and Sierra Pacific Power.
