general said on Wednesday he would file a lawsuit charging a Sempra Energy Inc.

prices during the state's energy crisis of 2000 and 2001.

Enron reaches settlement with Nevada utilities - Enron Corp. on
Wednesday said it settled civil and contractual claims with Nevada utility operator

Nevada Power and Sierra Pacific Power.
